Estimated delivery times:

  • NSW Metro: 2–5 business days

  • NSW Regional & Interstate: 3–10 business days

These are estimates only. Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or peak seasons.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect addresses

  • Courier delays outside our control

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We accept returns if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong product was received
